The Morgan Scott Group team consists of experienced HR executives with expertise in tactical, operational, organizational, and executive HR challenges.  We provide confidential advisory services to clients of a variety of sizes and sectors.

 

OUR PROCESS

Start with an HR audit:  We'll take an objective look at your organization's HR practices to protect the organization, establish best practices, and identify opportunities for improvement – in other words, the “blocking and tackling” of HR.  We'll provide a prioritized road map with our proposal to include:

  • Mitigating exposure relating to hiring, performance management, discipline, or termination

  • Identify issues and solutions to problems before they become unmanageable

  • Offer guidance on whether your HR practices help, hinder, or have little impact on your business goals

 

What if I want a more comprehensive people strategy?  Informed by our audit, we'll provide a SWOT analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats to your business to help codify your strategies and identify leadership skills gaps as a result of company growth and internal promotion including:

  • Up-skilling leadership

  • Hiring right-sized leaders above incumbents, or

  • In some cases, replacing incumbents
